Vitamin Shots vs. IV Drips: $30 B12, Glutathione, Vitamin D and More
A vitamin shot at Alpha IV Therapy is a single $30 injection, such as B12, glutathione or vitamin D, and a shot visit takes about 10 minutes. An IV drip is a bag of fluids, usually with vitamins, minerals or medications added; most of ours are 1 liter, take about 40 minutes and cost $100 to $300 at our South Tulsa clinic. Quickies sit in between: a half-liter bag in about 20 minutes, for $70 to $270.

Prices can change; the booking page shows the current price. NAD+ also comes as a shot (25 to 150 mg, $50 to $185, in a 15-minute appointment), which is its own line on the menu.
The core difference: volume and time
A vitamin shot is a small-volume injection, so a shot visit takes about 10 minutes for things like methylcobalamin B12, L-carnitine or a B-complex blend. A drip runs from a bag through a small catheter, with a liter of Lactated Ringer's as the usual base, for about 40 minutes. Because there's more fluid, a drip can carry several ingredients at once and adds fluids in a way a small shot isn't designed to.
That's why the two formats sit side by side. If you want fluids, or a blend aimed at a specific goal, choose a drip. If you want a single ingredient, like extra B12 between drips, a shot covers it in about 10 minutes without the extra time or fluid. Quickie versions of those drips list the same ingredients. Our menu describes methylcobalamin as "the active, ready-to-use form of B12" and the Skinny Shot as "a blend of lipotropics and B12." Any of these shots can also be added to an IV drip as a boost when you book; boosts are charged at your visit. Before any shot, tell the team about your health conditions and medications.
Standard add-ons: a middle ground
There's also a Standard Add-Ons category that bridges the two: magnesium, B12, taurine, zinc, vitamin C, Toradol, Zofran, Pepcid, Benadryl, Alpha NAD+ 100mg, and an extra 500 ml Alpha Quickie bag or extra Alpha Hydration liter. When you book an IV drip online, these (and the shots above) appear as optional boosts for your bag, charged at your visit; the injection add-ons can also be booked on their own. Someone getting Alpha Basic Hangover, for instance, might add magnesium to round out the bag. Our IV add-ons guide lists every add-on price.
Toradol, Zofran, Pepcid and Benadryl are prescription medications, given only when the provider has approved them for you at your Good Faith Exam, so tell the team about your health history, allergies, current medications and anything you've already taken today. Alpha Basic Hangover already includes Toradol and Zofran, so there's no need to add them on top. Benadryl can make you drowsy, so don't drive after it.
Quickie Infusions: drip formulas, shorter format
For a drip's blend without the longer sit, our Quickie Infusions line has half-liter versions of Alpha Immune, Alpha Super Immune, Alpha Myers (Banana Bag), Alpha Myers Elite and Alpha Performance Recovery, plus the Alpha Hydration Quickie, a half liter of Lactated Ringer's on its own. Each takes about 20 minutes. Alpha Hangover Elite and Alpha Migraine Elite also come as Quickies ($160 each), but those two are booked by phone at (918) 210-7568, not online. The Basic hangover and migraine drips come only as full liters.
Mobile visits: drips only, booked by phone
Most drips and Quickies also come as mobile visits: our mobile clinical team brings the same formulas to your home, office or hotel within an 11-mile radius of South Tulsa, Sapulpa, Broken Arrow and Coweta. The formulas don't change; the price is $50 more than the same drip in the clinic (Mobile Alpha Hydration Liter is $150, for example). Mobile visits are booked by phone, not online: call (918) 210-7568. - Want one ingredient without sitting for a drip? A $30 vitamin shot is the faster option.
- Want a drip's blend on a tighter schedule? A Quickie splits the difference.
- Already booking a drip and want to fine-tune it? Add a boost when you book.

New to Alpha IV? Your first visit, whether it's for a shot or a drip, starts with a $35 Good Faith Exam, a short telehealth visit with a licensed provider that covers you for 12 months. For a first shot-only visit, that's $35 online when you book plus $30 for the shot at your visit.
How to book
In the clinic, you can book a B12 shot or a 1-liter Alpha Hydration drip online. First-timers who want a drip can start with the $79 New Client Deal, which bundles the exam with an Alpha Hydration Liter in the clinic; it doesn't cover a shot-only visit. Getting shots regularly? Vitamin shot memberships start at $40 a month for 3 shots (Alpha Boost), with Alpha Plus at $100 and Alpha Edge at $130; they're set up by our team, not through online booking.
