NAD+ Injections & IV Therapy in Tulsa
NAD+ is given three ways, all at our clinic: an IV infusion, an injection, or a 100 mg add-on paired with another IV.
- IV infusion: 250, 500, 750 or 1,000 mg of NAD+ in a 1-liter bag, $200 to $780.
- Injection: 25 to 150 mg of NAD+ on its own, a 15-minute appointment, $50 to $185.
Walk-ins are welcome when chairs are open, but we recommend booking ahead, especially for NAD+. Prices can change; the booking page shows the current price.
What is NAD+?
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell and involved in turning food into energy, and its levels naturally decline with age. NAD+ therapy gives you NAD+ by IV drip or injection.
Talk with your provider about what it may or may not do for you.
NAD+ IV Infusions: 250 to 1,000 mg
Every tier uses the same base: 1 liter of lactated Ringer's with double magnesium and a B-complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6). Only the amount of NAD+ changes.

- Book 750 mg and 1,000 mg ahead, and ask the team to confirm timing when you book.
- No tier is required as a starting point. 250 mg is the smallest infusion, and you can start at any tier.
- Some clients prefer a lighter, more frequent routine with injections; others would rather come in less often and book a larger infusion when they do. Neither is the right answer for everyone, and your provider recommends a cadence based on your goals and history.
NAD+ Injections: 25 to 150 mg
Each is a 15-minute appointment at the clinic. The menu lists NAD+ as the only ingredient, so there's no IV bag and no added vitamins.

- Per visit, a shot costs less than the smallest infusion; per milligram, it costs more. These are price comparisons only. They don't mean a larger dose, or a drip instead of a shot, does more for you.
- The Alpha Edge shot membership is $130 a month and includes one NAD 100 mg injection every month. A plan's monthly injection is an inclusion, not a dosing schedule; your provider recommends how often to come in. Compare shot memberships
Already Booking Another IV? The 100 mg Add-On
A 100 mg NAD+ add-on is $100 when you pair it with another IV. It's the same 100 mg and the same $100 as the 100 mg injection, paired with the drip you're already getting. Add it when you book an IV, and ask the team whether it suits the IV you've picked and how it changes your visit length.
Shot or Drip: How to Choose
A shot is NAD+ alone, while every infusion tier carries the same liter, magnesium and B-complex at any dose.

What to Expect at Your Visit
- Our clinic is at 8922 S Memorial Dr, Suite C-1, near 91st and Memorial.
- New clients start with a $35 Good Faith Exam. The provider reviews your health history and decides whether IV therapy is right for you.
- The IV goes in like any other IV: through a small needle, usually in your arm. You may notice mild bruising where the line went in. If anything feels uncomfortable while the drip runs, tell the team right away.
- To prepare: complete your Good Faith Exam first if you're new, arrive hydrated, eat something first, bring a list of your medications and allergies, and keep the whole appointment free.
- Tell the team about any medications you take and any health conditions you have. If you're sick, see your physician first; an infusion isn't a treatment for illness.
- Infusions are administered by experienced Paramedics or Registered Nurses.
- Most people go about their day afterward; take it slow when you stand up and follow any instructions the team gives you. If something doesn't feel right later, call (918) 210-7568. If symptoms feel severe, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Paying for Your Visit
- When you book online as a new client, the $35 is charged at booking and the NAD+ itself is charged at your visit. The exam fee is non-refundable, and paying it doesn't guarantee approval for treatment.
- The $79 new-client deal bundles the exam with a 1-liter Hydration IV; it doesn't include NAD+.
- Add-on boosts: most are $30, charged at your visit.
- IV memberships are Premium ($200 a month), Elite ($300) and VIP ($400), each with a monthly infusion credit equal to its price; memberships are set up with the team, not through online booking.
- We're a cash-pay clinic and don't bill insurance directly, though we can provide superbills on request. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible IV therapy services.

NAD+ Questions
Do I need a medical clearance first?
New clients do: the $35 Good Faith Exam, a short telehealth visit with a licensed provider that covers you for 12 months. You need it before an injection as well as an infusion.
Is NAD+ part of the $79 new-client deal?
No. The $79 deal is for first-time clients: the Good Faith Exam plus a 1-liter Hydration IV, in the clinic.
Can I get NAD+ at home?
No. NAD+ is given at the clinic only; it isn't on the mobile IV menu.
Which dose should I start with?
No tier is required as a starting point; 250 mg is the smallest infusion, and you can start at any tier. If you're unsure, talk to the team before you book.
Can I switch formats or doses later?
Nothing on the menu locks you into one format or dose, and each visit is booked on its own.
