How Much Does NAD+ IV Therapy Cost in Tulsa? (2026 Prices)

    Alpha IV Therapy•

NAD+ IV therapy at Alpha IV Therapy in Tulsa costs $200 to $780 per session. The price depends on the dose — $200 for 250 mg, $400 for 500 mg, $600 for 750 mg and $780 for 1,000 mg — and the two higher doses are much longer appointments. NAD+ injections cost $50 to $185. Here is every NAD+ option on our menu with its current price, so you can compare before you call or book.

NAD+ IV therapy cost by dose

Every infusion tier is built on the same base — a liter of lactated Ringer's with B-complex and magnesium — so the only thing that changes between tiers is the amount of NAD+ and, at the higher doses, how long the visit runs. That base is part of the price at every tier, not an extra.

NAD+ infusion Price per session Appointment length
    Alpha NAD+ 250 mg $200 90 minutes
    Alpha NAD+ 500 mg $400 90 minutes
    Alpha NAD+ 750 mg $600 4 hours
    Alpha NAD+ 1,000 mg $780 5 hours

That works out to $0.80 per milligram at 250 mg, 500 mg and 750 mg, and $0.78 per milligram at 1,000 mg.

The 250 mg and 500 mg tiers fit in a long lunch break. The 750 mg and 1,000 mg tiers are booked as half-day appointments, so plan the rest of your day around them and book ahead. Appointment length is the time online booking reserves for the visit; yours can run shorter or longer, so ask the team to confirm timing when you book.

    NAD+ injection cost

If you want NAD+ itself without the liter of fluid and the added vitamins, the injection line is quicker and costs less per visit.

    NAD+ injection Price Appointment length
    NAD+ injection 25 mg $50 15 minutes
    NAD+ injection 50 mg $85 15 minutes
    NAD+ injection 100 mg $100 15 minutes
    NAD+ injection 150 mg $185 15 minutes

    What else to budget for

First visit: the Good Faith Exam. Every new client needs a Good Faith Exam — a short telehealth visit with a licensed provider — before their first infusion or injection. It is $35 and covers you for 12 months, so it is a once-a-year cost, not a per-visit one. You can book it alongside your NAD+ appointment: when you book online as a new client, the $35 is charged at booking and the NAD+ service itself is charged at your visit. The exam fee is non-refundable, and paying it does not guarantee approval for treatment. The $79 new-client deal bundles the exam with a 1-liter Hydration IV; it does not include NAD+.

Add-ons. You can add vitamin and mineral boosts to an infusion at booking; each is priced separately on the menu, and most are $30. NAD+ is on that list too: a 100 mg NAD+ add-on is $100 when you pair it with another IV. Add-ons are charged at your visit.

Memberships. If you plan to come in regularly, our infusion memberships are Premium ($200 a month), Elite ($300 a month) and VIP ($400 a month). Each carries a monthly IV infusion credit equal to its price, plus member perks, and VIP is the one we describe as a fit for regular NAD+ infusions. If injections are more your routine, the Alpha Edge shot membership is $130 a month and includes one NAD 100 mg injection every month. See the current plans on our memberships page.

Insurance, HSA and FSA. We are a cash-pay clinic and do not bill insurance directly. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible IV therapy services.

How to compare NAD+ IV therapy prices

When you compare NAD+ prices around Tulsa, check three things before comparing the dollar figure:

    • The dose in milligrams. A "NAD+ drip" price means little without the milligram amount next to it.
    • What's in the bag. Our infusion tiers include a full liter of fluid with B-complex and magnesium. A NAD+ injection on its own is a different service at a different price.
    • The time it takes. Our appointments run from 90 minutes at 250 mg to five hours at 1,000 mg, so compare how long the visit is booked for as well as what it costs.

Which NAD+ dose should I pick?

There's no tier you're required to start with. Many first-time clients start at 250 mg to see how a session feels; others go straight to a higher tier. If you're unsure, talk to the team before you book — they can match a tier to your goals and your schedule. Our NAD+ dosing tiers guide walks through the differences in more detail, and our NAD+ FAQ for first-time clients covers what a session is like.
