Group IV Therapy in Tulsa: How Group Booking Works

At Alpha IV Therapy in south Tulsa, one organizer books a group at the clinic on our group booking page, and each guest then books their own drip through a personal link. Groups of 4 or more get 10% off each guest's drip and groups of 6 or more get 15%. A private group at the clinic is held with a non-refundable $50-per-guest deposit, most drips take about 40 minutes, and mobile groups are booked by phone at (918) 210-7568.

Group discounts by headcount

For example, six guests who each choose the Alpha Hydration Liter ($100) pay $85 each for their drip, plus the $35 exam for anyone who isn't already cleared. Prices can change; the booking page shows the current price.

How group booking works

1. The organizer books. Alpha IV's group booking page is for groups at our clinic, and it's built around one organizer. You pick the date and time and enter each guest's name and mobile number, and you get a personal booking link for each guest.
2. You send the links. The links appear on screen and are emailed to you. The clinic doesn't text your guests, so send each person their own link.
3. Each guest books their own drip. They open their link, pick the drip they want, complete their medical clearance and consents, and reserve their spot. The group discount is noted on their booking and taken off at checkout.

Nobody has to agree on one formula. One guest can take the Alpha Hydration Liter while the next takes Alpha Performance Recovery, because each person chooses inside their own link.

Deposit or prepay

A private group at the clinic is held with a $50-per-guest deposit, which is non-refundable; each guest then pays for their own drip at the visit. If you'd rather cover the group yourself, you can prepay one drip for every guest instead. Neither the deposit nor the prepay option covers anyone's Good Faith Exam.

Every guest needs a current Good Faith Exam

Every guest needs a current Good Faith Exam, a $35 telehealth visit with a licensed provider that covers them for 12 months. Guests who haven't had one with Alpha IV in the past 12 months pay their own $35 exam at their link; guests who are already cleared pay nothing for it. Guests who need the exam get its link by text and email after they book, so nudge everyone to finish theirs before the day.

Guests under 18 need a parent or legal guardian with them for their Good Faith Exam and for the whole infusion. If no guardian is there for the exam, the visit can't go ahead and the $35 isn't refunded.

What happens on the day

The day runs like an individual visit, just in parallel. Here's what a first visit looks like for anyone in the group who's new.

• Arrive together, or close to it, so check-in isn't staggered and the group's start time doesn't slip.
• Each guest gets their own IV line. It's a per-person step, so every guest should be ready to tell the team about their own health conditions and medications.
• Plan the timing. Most 1-liter drips take about 40 minutes and Quickies about 20, so a group that starts together usually finishes close together, though individual times can vary a little.
• Keep drip choices settled. Last-minute changes on the day can slow down prep for the whole group.

A quick checklist to share with your guests:

• Finish your Good Faith Exam before the day, if you need one.
• Eat something beforehand and arrive hydrated.
• Bring a list of your medications and allergies.

Questions to settle before you book

• Who's coordinating? Groups go more smoothly when one person confirms the headcount, collects everyone's preferences and is the contact if the date or time shifts.
• Does the time slot fit your group? Very large groups may need a different setup than four or five people, so ask what a given slot can accommodate before you lock in a date.
• Will you do this again? Some groups, like sports teams, event staff and recurring friend groups, book on a regular basis. Mention it when you book; each session still goes through the group booking page.
